These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of Triptoco. By creating an account, signing in, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself and, if applicable, the company you represent.
1. The Service
Triptoco provides software tools for fleet and rental operations, including modules for vehicles, reservations, customers, workers, partners, maintenance, expenses, contracts, documents, GPS-related features, storage, and integrations.
We may improve, add, or remove features. Some capabilities may depend on your subscription plan, permissions, or third-party integrations.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate account information and keep credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account.
Company administrators are responsible for inviting users, assigning roles/permissions, and ensuring that company use complies with these Terms and applicable law.
3. Integrations
Optional integrations (such as Google Calendar/Drive or WhatsApp) are provided “as available”. Their availability, quotas, and behavior may depend on third-party platforms.
You must comply with WhatsApp, Google, GPS providers, and any other third-party terms that apply to integrations you enable.
4. Acceptable use
You may use the Service only for lawful business purposes. You must not attempt unauthorized access, disrupt systems, upload malware, misuse integrations, or infringe others’ rights.
5. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Triptoco is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, goodwill, or data.
6. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Azerbaijan. Courts located in Baku, Azerbaijan have exclusive jurisdiction, unless mandatory local law requires otherwise.
7. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date on this page.
