What a rent-a-car contract must include (operations view)

This is not legal advice. Goal: which fields must live in the system so operators do not lose the contract off the reservation card.

Minimum fields: parties, hire term, daily/total amount, deposit, fuel state, mileage, damage note, signature/time.
