WhatsApp and Google tools in daily rent-a-car operations

Azerbaijan rent-a-car companies already use WhatsApp and Google. The question is not finding new tools - it is connecting them to reservation, document, and calendar workflows.
Rent-a-car operations in Baku usually run through two channels: customers write on WhatsApp, and documents and photos are stored on Google Drive or phone memory. This is the market's real habit - the problem is not the tools themselves, but that they stay disconnected from the reservation system.
WhatsApp is the center of daily communication: price enquiries, booking confirmations, handover times, sending vehicle photos. But when messages stay only on one phone, other staff at the desk miss the context. Customer history is lost and managing campaigns or template messages becomes harder.
Triptoco's WhatsApp Business integration lets companies link their number to the panel: template and free-text messages, sharing vehicle images, and inbox logs. Messages move closer to reservation and customer context - not everything stays on separate phones.
Google Drive is the natural place for rent-a-car documents: contract files, delivery and return photos, vehicle images, company logo. Triptoco's Drive integration stores files in a Triptoco folder structure. The drive.file scope only accesses files the app creates or the user opens with it.
Google Calendar brings operational dates into the calendar the team already uses: reservation start and end dates, repair plans, oil-change reminders. A desk worker can see which cars have handover or return today without opening the panel.
Gmail integration lets the company send customer email from its own address - instead of the platform's generic SMTP. This looks more professional for corporate and international customers.
The core principle: integrations activate only when a company admin connects them in the panel and grants consent. Triptoco does not access Google or WhatsApp data without that step. The goal is not to add new tools - it is to integrate existing tools into the rent-a-car operations flow.
